Info

Description

Leave the city behind and submerge into a winter wonderland on our guided snowshoe excursion through the wilderness forest of Malangen. An easy and peaceful way to explore the snowy hills of Norway — even for first-timers. Quiet pine forests, frozen lakes and panoramic viewpoints: snowshoes let you go where no road reaches.

You will also meet our most emblematic animals, the reindeer. Hidden in the hills of Malangen, they graze peacefully in the reindeer yard — feed them by hand and learn about their significance to the region. For lunch we gather in a traditional lavvu for a warm and hearty Sami bidos.
